1. 宗旨
本俱乐部为会员制俱乐部。旨在“以小球汇世界，打造金牌品质”。通过高尔夫活动以及各项休闲设施的使用，提升兴趣各异的会员生活品质，促进事业发展、增进社交互动、便于会员彼此间沟通，并努力将俱乐部营造成为由品位卓越的高尔夫爱好者所组成的优秀精英团体。
2. 入会审核
2.1 俱乐部和会籍资格委员会将对所有的入会申请人资料进行审核（包括公司会籍的记名人资料）。俱乐部和会籍资格委员会有权拒绝任何入会申请或记名要求。如公司会籍的记名人申请被拒绝，该公司会籍持有者可向会籍资格委员会进一步提交新的记名人资料。
2.2入会申请人获得会籍资格必须经由俱乐部会员的邀请并以书面形式向俱乐部进行推荐。俱乐部和会籍资格委员会将根据申请人提交完整申请表格对申请人进行挑选。
2.3 会籍资格委员会的成员身份和审核过程应保密，俱乐部所有者对于是否接受会籍申请的意见将是最终的也是决定性的。
3. 会籍种类及加入条件
3.1 个人会籍
个人会籍申请人必须为年满 18 岁之个人。
3.2 家庭会籍
任何个人及其配偶和未成年子女可申请加入俱乐部家庭会籍。（配偶及子女为附属会籍，详见“俱乐部规章”）
3.3 家庭夫妻会籍
任何个人及其配偶可申请加入俱乐部家庭夫妻会籍。
3.4 公司会籍（一记名一不记名）
合作团体、商行、公司中的个人可申请俱乐部的公司会籍。
3.5 荣誉会籍
荣誉会籍必须由俱乐部所有者认可和批准，荣誉会员必须是为国际交流及本俱乐部做出特殊贡献的个人。荣誉会籍不得转让与继承。
3.6 入会金及首年度的年会费于会员申请被正式接受时交纳。入会后，入会金及年会费恕不退回。
3.7 自俱乐部正式营业日起一（ 1 ）年内为“会籍静止期”，在此期间内会籍不可转让。
4. 申请手续
4.1 填写申请书后交回本俱乐部，另交记名者身份证或护照的复印件 1 份 ，彩色照片 2 张 （以护照尺寸为准） ，若同时申请眷属使用权，则其亲属的照片亦应同时提交。
4.2 法人会员申请人须另交公司营业执照复印件 1 份。
4.3 本俱乐部受理后将对会员申请进行审查，审查并接受后，以书面形式通知合格申请者。
4.4 合格申请人在收到本俱乐部的通知 7 天内，以俱乐部指定的方式交纳应付的入会金额及首年度的会员费。
4.5 申请人可选用由本俱乐部提供的按揭付款办法来支付入会金，按揭付款的申请须经本俱乐部的同意方可生效。（此项不包括创始会员）
5. 会籍状态更改和会籍转让
5.1 俱乐部会籍静止期之后，符合转让条件的会籍，可按相关规定办理转让手续。所有转让的条件必须与入会时的条件相对应。无论是在俱乐部正式营业之前或之后，公司会籍的记名人每年可更换三次。
5.2 个人会员是指转让给个人记名者。
5.3 家庭会员不可分开转让，家庭会员是指转让给同等资格者。
5.4 公司会员记名入会者可单独转让。
6. 费用计划如下
6.1 所有的会籍种类转让费 按会员当时缴付价格的 5% 征收。
6.2 会籍更名费——按被更名人当时入会费用的 2% 征收。
6.3 年费
个人会员 人民币   2,000元 / 年
夫妻会员 人民币  2,000元 / 年
公司二记名会员 人民币  4,000元 / 年
家庭会员 人民币  4,000元 / 年
球场使用费以人民币计算（含盖全部击球费用）

平日上午8点与每日日落前3小时，可使用9洞。
9洞的费用是18洞的50%。
说明 :
1. 会员平日可选择步行， 周末和节假日会员及会员嘉宾必须选择使用球车 。
2. 俱乐部保留调整价格之权益。以上价格如有变动，恕不另行通知。

1. Purpose
The Club is established in member ship system, for the purpose of “gathering the world through the small ball and create gold plate quality”, with golf activities and various recreative facilities improving the life quality of the members with a variety of interests, promoting progress of the cause, strengthening interaction of social intercourse and facilitating mutual communication between the members. And we will strive to create an excellent elite team made up of golf fanciers with eximious quality.
2. Examination and Approval of Admission of Membership
2.1 The Club Management and the Admissions Committee shall review all applications (including the data of nominees with corporate membership) for membership . They have the right at its discretion to withhold approval of any application for membership or any nomination of individual (s). In the event th at the Club Management or the Admissions C ommittee withholds approval of application to a c orporate membership , such c orporate m ember ship bearer shall be entitled to make further nominations(s) to the Club Management or to the Admissions Committee for their approval.
2.2 Club members' invitation and written recommendation to the club are a must for the applicant to get membership . Selection to the applicant is to be conducted by the Club Management and the Admissions Committee based on a properly completed application form.
2.3 The identity and proceedings of Admissions Committee shall be confidential and Club Management decision in respect of the application for admission as a member or Corporate Designee shall be final and conclusive.
3. Category of Membership and Qualification of Enrollment
3.1 Individual Membership
An individual applicant should be at least twenty-one ( 18 ) years.
3.2 Family Membership
An individual applicant and immediate family comprising s pouse and d ependents can apply for admission of family membership. (Affiliated membership for the spouse and dependents. See “Regulation of Club” for details.)
3.3 An individual applicant and the spouse can apply for admission of family partnership membership of Club.
3.4 Individual Corporate Membership (registered, unregistered)
An individual applicant who is in a partnership, firm, unincorporated association or corporate can apply for admission of individual corporate membership of Club.
3.5 Honorary Membership
An honorary membership can and shall be granted by the Board of Management to individuals in recognition of their special commitment and service to the international exchange and the club. Honorary membership is prohibited to be transferred and inherited.
3.6 Membership Initiation fees and first-year annual fee are payable upon notification of formal admission by the Club and are non-refundable.
3.7 “ Standstill Period ” means the period of one ( 1 ) years commencing from the o fficial o pening d ate of the Club, during which time no m ember has the right to transfer his membership.
4. Enrollment Application Procedures
4.1 Complete and return the Membership Application Form to the Club office, with a photo copy of the Identification Card o r Passport and two p assport- p hoto - size color photographs. In case of t he applicant 's family m embers for nomination to the Club, their photographs should appear on the same nomination form.
4.2 A Corporate Membership applicant is required to provide a photo copy of the company business license .
4.3 The Club will review the application and upon acceptance will notify the successful m embership a pplica n t in writing.
4.4 Within 7 days after the receipt of the written notification, the accepted m embership a pplica n t shall remit the appropriate m embership i nitiation f ee and a nnual f ee for the first year according to the designated method by the Club.
4.5 An installment payment plan by mortgage for the m embership initiation f ees is offered to membership applicants. Application for the installment payment plan by mortgage is subject to the approval of the C lub. (not including founder members)
5. Change a nd Transfer o f Membership
5.1 All memberships up to standard are transferable at the equal membership term after the s tandstill p eriod. All transferable condition should be in conformity with admission condition. Nominee of c orporate m embership, however, may be chang ed at any time after the Club 's formal business .
5.2 Individual m embership can only be transferred to another individual nominee for use.
5.3 Family m embership ( Corporate f amily m embership ) cannot be separately transferred and can only be transferred to a legal marital partner with equal qualification.
5.4 Corporate Nominee Membership can be transferred to any other individual .
6. Fee Arrangement Below
6.1 The t ransfer f ee for a ll c ategories of m embership s hall be e quivalent to 5 % of t he total price paid by the member .

Comments :
1. Members have the option of walking in the course ; however, in the weekends and on holidays, the member and guest member must take the vehicle.
2. The Club holds the rights and interests to adjust the price. There will be no otherwise notification for any change of the above rate.
